MVW News:
While the Stevens Dynasty (Bo and George Stevens) are on a collision course next Tuesday with No Quarter (Bracken Krueger and Daryn Thompson) for the Men’s Tag Team title, there are still some simmering issues with The Alabama Gang (R.G. Jenkins and Mark Hendry) that are unresolved. Bo Stevens has twice attempted to interfere in ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson’s matches and there’s been a couple of skirmishes between both factions.
Speaking of the Stevens, following Scott Stevens dastardly action at Sunday night’s High Octane Wrestling In God’s House pay-per-view show where he pulled both PRIME’s Adam Ellis and Dawn McGill underwater, will there be any retribution by Adam’s wife Ginny Van Lear for what he did?
The Kardoucheian Empire continues to protest their ‘treatment’ by MVW by going on strike and refusing to wrestle. As a result, Koley and Kourtney Kardoucheian have fallen out of the Men’s Tag Team Division. Ken Kardoucheian is in danger of the same as he faces a promotion/relegation match this weekend. No longer allied with the Sports Entertainment Corporation, the Kardoucheians are on their own. Will they return to action? Stay tuned.
Speaking of the SEC, it appears ‘Sports Entertainment Genius’ Mr. McMann is going ‘all-in’ on Luke Woods to bring gold to the faction and that means Ricky Stevens has been frozen out. Woods faces Bill Dickinson next Tuesday for the Men’s Title. Stevens’s future is up in the air.
Jill Berg Enterprises has a big few days ahead of them. Victoria McGill has a #1 contender’s match next Tuesday against Yosemite Samantha with the winner challenging Jennifer Colton for the Women’s title. Sheline Carrigan and Madison Miller face Laney Harrison and McLean Oswald tomorrow night. If they win, JBE will take on The Working Girls Tuesday in a #1 contender’s match. CEO Jill Berg is cracking the whip with her women and expects results because “Jill Berg Enterprises Means Business.”
Eyes will be on The Masked Texan tonight in the Fourth Round of the Carmondy Cup as he takes on Matt Taylor. Not much is known about The Masked Texan other than the fact he’s from Texas. He has three impressive wins in his first three Carmondy Cup matches and aims to make it four tonight.
Also doing well in the Carmondy Cup, the returning four-time Women’s Tag Team champions The Missouri Valley Fight Club. Tonight, they have a tough one against The Rose Warriors (#4 contender in the Women’s Tag Team Division) in Round 3 of the tournament.
