THIS TUESDAY ON WRESTLING NIGHT IN THE HEARTLAND
Missouri Valley Wrestling returns to Evansville, Indiana for LIVE wrestling action this Tuesday night.

MVW Women’s Champion Jennifer Colton headlines the show as she defends her title against ‘The Shadow Warrior’ Shizuko Yamazaki.  Yamazaki defeated Amberley Stanton in an epic fifty-four-minute match two weeks ago to earn another shot at the Women’s title.  Colton must keep her guard up to keep her upcoming date at Wrestling Night in America against arch-rival Victoria McGill- formerly of Jill Berg Enterprises, now with The Queens of Desire.

Jill Berg Enterprises (‘Canadian Cyborg’ Sheline Carrigan and Madison Miller) will defend their MVW Women’s Tag Team title against Randi Backman and Fredricia Taylor aka Backman Taylor Powerdrive.  BTP fought their way up the rankings and earned their title opportunity two weeks ago with an unlikely win over The Working Girls.  Now, Backman and Taylor have a chance to win the Women’s Tag Team title.   Carrigan and Miller lost their previous title match via disqualification when ‘Queen Cool’ Leah Iris was on the wrong end of a piece of board wielded by Madison Miller.  BTP are more rough and tumble than the Working Girls and JBE will need to be on their game Tuesday night.

In the Men’s #1 contender’s match, it will be former champion ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson looking to earn a second shot at regaining the title he held for over 600 days going up against newcomer Aaron Gray.  On May 21st, Gray was the 5th ranked contender in the Men’s Division.  He defeated Buckshot Henderson and J.J. Bittinger two weekends ago and followed that up with a win over Ricky Stevens this past weekend.  Now Gray has a chance to move all the way to #1 in the contender’s rankings should he defeat Dickinson. Regardless if Dickinson wins or loses, he will be challenging MVW champion Luke Woods on June 30th at Wrestling Night in America.

Last, but not least, No Quarter (Bracken Krueger and Daryn Thompson) are biting down on the bit waiting to get The Stevens Dynasty back into the ring after a string of DQ wins that did not result in a title change.  No Quarter has a date with the MVW Tag Team champions again at Wrestling Night in America on June 30th in a match where the Stevens Dynasty will lose the title even if they lose by disqualification.  Tuesday night, they face the insurgent Sports Entertainment Corporation led by ‘Sports Entertainment Genius’ Triple R after their win this weekend over The Alabama Gang.  Triple R has complained that No Quarter deviated from the script in their last encounter.  Will the match go to the SEC script on Tuesday night?  We will find out then.
