Heartland Post-Show Scrum:
-MVW majority owner Ray McAvay was generally pleased with the show.  He wasn’t pleased about the John Sektor attack on Adam Ellis as it ended up affecting two matches.  Thankfully Rah and Dawn McGill were on hand and stepped in on a minute’s notice to take on Buckshot Henderson.
-McAvay also praised the Laney Harrison/McLean Oswald vs. LATX match as well as the Hanson Sisters title defense against The Working Girls.  He’s happy that Kristen Canfield has come back and she will return to the roster.
-McAvay reported Adam Ellis is okay and released from care.  He remained at the hospital as his wife Ginny Van Lear was checked out.  Victoria McGill also remained at the hospital.
-McAvay made no apologies for basically ‘skipping’ McGill’s title opportunity against Women’s Champion Jennifer Colton. He puts the blame specifically on Tori for her actions that led up to the Adam Ellis beatdown by John Sektor.
-McAvay also commented about John Sektor’s remarks after the attack, saying that if Sektor thinks MVW’s product is so bad then he has a simple solution… McAvay announces Sektor will be banned from attending all MVW shows going forward.
-Ray also didn’t appreciate the way he treated Kellie Burkowski afterward.  But added given Sektor’s issues with dealing with women he wasn’t that surprised.
-Men’s Champion ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson spoke next.  Dickinson said he didn’t give it a second thought when he came up on Tori McGill and gave her a Southern Fried Powerbomb after she helped Sektor get away.
-Dickinson’s happy with his match with John O’Reilly. He added it’s hard to wrestle John because of his style and because they’ve done it so many times over the past year.
-Dickinson’s really pleased that his Men’s title reign has gone over a year.  He’s shooting for Charlie Blackwell’s record for the longest Men’s Title run.
-Women’s champion Jennifer Colton was disappointed that she did not get a chance to wrestle Victoria McGill.  She had nothing but good things to say about Kirsten Canfield.  Canfield was a much different opponent than McGill would have been.
-Jennifer says she loves it when her family can come and watch her wrestle.  She was pleased to see all three of her brothers (Nate, Dennis, Benjamin) at Heartland PPV as well as her father Jake.
-She concludes by eagerly awaiting who will be the next woman who challenges her for the title.
-Stevens Family Patriarch Cary Stevens is next.  He’s pissed off… normal operating procedure for him.
-When asked about Daryn Thompson’s punch that sent George Stevens over the ropes to the floor, Cary says ‘it wasn’t much of a punch,’ ‘she got lucky,’ and ‘Thompson took advantage of George being off balance.
-Cary defiantly declares the bottom line is The Stevens Dynasty are STILL the undisputed Men’s Tag Team Champions and STILL the best tag team in MVW.
-Coach Reg of the Hanson Sisters steps in next.  She says Andrea, Melissa, and Charissa have gone back to the hotel to play wrestling with their wrestling action figures.
-Coach Reg says the Hanson’s match against The Working Girl was a ‘hell of a match.’  She’s happy with the fact Andrea and Melissa hung with it as the match went on and praises The Working Girls for making The Hanson Sisters work real hard to retain the Women’s Tag Team title.
-When asked about the potential return of the Missouri Valley Fight Club, Coach Reg has just three words… “bring it on!”
-No Quarter’s Bracken Krueger and Daryn Thompson sit down next. Kellie Burkowski tells Thompson about Cary Stevens’s claim that she got a lucky punch in on George Stevens.  Thompson retorts, “lucky my ass.  I hit him right between the ******** eyes.  That boy was out before he hit the floor.”
-Krueger accepts the fact that they did not bring the titles home with them… this time.  He vows the next time, the Stevens Dynasty won’t luck into retaining the title.
-Jill Berg (Jill Berg Enterprises) CEO talks next. She bitterly complains that Victoria McGill was screwed out of her title opportunity by ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson and Ray McAvay should have pushed the match back a week.
-Berg tells the scrum that changes are coming. JBE will not accept being second best and right now the results are simply not there.  She will make the changes happen.
