Opening:
The atmosphere inside the CEFCU Arena was electric as 5,300 raucous fans filled the air with a cacophony of cheers, jeers, and anticipation. Spotlights danced across the audience as Thunderbolt Smith and ‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall stood proudly in the ring, microphones in hand. Thunderbolt’s voice boomed with authority, “Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to tonight’s Wrestling Night in the Heartland! We are here tonight at the CEFCU Arena in Normal, Illinois!”
“Tonight you are in for one hell of a show!” added ‘Long Haul’ Rick, his Southern twang echoing through the arena. The crowd roared in response, a sea of faces painted with excitement and sweat.
Thunderbolt continued, “We’ve got an incredible lineup for you tonight, folks.” He paused, allowing the crowd’s anticipation to build. “First up, we have Luke Woods taking on Captain Jack in what is sure to be an edge-of-your-seat match!”
“Then,” interjected Hall, “we’ll see Laney Harrison and McLean Oswald go head-to-head with The Rose Warriors in a Women’s Tag Team #3 vs. #4 contender’s match!”
“Speaking of women’s matches,” Thunderbolt chimed in, “get ready for Yosemite Samantha versus Shizuko Yamazaki in a Women’s #2 vs. #3 contender’s match! This is a clash of styles, folks, and it’s gonna be one for the record books!”
“Finally,” Hall said, raising his voice over the crescendo of the crowd, “our main event: Men’s Tag Team champions The Stevens Dynasty will face off against Bob and Brett Murray!”
“Are you folks ready?” Thunderbolt shouted, his voice barely audible over the deafening roar of the crowd. With that, he and Hall left the ring, making their way to the broadcast table as the first match of the night was about to commence.
Jennifer Colton Promo
Thunderbolt Smith directed the camera’s attention to Women’s Champion Jennifer Colton, who stood defiantly in the ring. Her eyes were filled with determination, and her jaw set firmly as she gripped the microphone in her hand.
“Last week,” Jennifer began, her voice strong and unwavering, “I had Victoria McGill in Hanging Neck Figure 4…”
“…and Jill Berg Enterprises showed their true colors once again. and attacked me when I fell out of that Hanging Neck Figure 4…”
…right there on the floor in front of Prisoner #034291 and Jill Berg herself. We all saw what happened next…”
“…I got laid out on the floor by Prisoners #034291 and Jill Berg herself…”
The crowd booed loudly at the replay of last week’s main event. Jennifer allowed them a moment to express their feelings before continuing.
“Every step of the way, they’ve tried to stop me,” she said, her frustration evident in her tone. “But guess what? They’ve failed. I’m still standing here, and I’m still your Women’s Champion!”
She raised her title belt high above her head, eliciting cheers from the audience. A mix of pride and defiance shone in her eyes as she stared directly into the camera.
“Victoria McGill, you may have gotten one over me last week, but hear me now: that will never happen again.” Jennifer’s voice grew more resolute, her message clear. “I don’t care what dirty tricks Jill Berg Enterprises has up their sleeve. I don’t care how many times they try to knock me down.”
With every word, Jennifer’s confidence seemed to grow. The crowd rallied behind her, their support only solidifying her determination.
“Because every time they try, I’ll get back up. Every time they think they’ve got me beat, I’ll come back stronger.” She paused, allowing the weight of her words to settle over the arena. “And I promise you this: I will stand up to Jill Berg Enterprises, no matter what it takes.”
As Jennifer’s words echoed throughout the arena, the crowd erupted in cheers. They believed in her resolve and admired her courage to stand up against a powerful foe like Jill Berg Enterprises.
Taking one last look around the arena, Jennifer raised her title belt high once more, soaking in the support of the fans. She knew the road ahead would be challenging, but she was ready for whatever obstacles stood between her and victory.
MATCH #1: Luke Woods vs. Captain Jack
The camera cut back to Thunderbolt Smith and ‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall at the broadcast table, both visibly impressed by Jennifer’s passionate words. The air in CEFCU Arena was electric, charged with anticipation for the action that would soon unfold.
“Strong words from our Women’s Champion,” Thunderbolt commented, his voice steady and even-keeled as always. “Jennifer Colton is determined to stand up to Jill Berg Enterprises and defend her title.”
“Absolutely, Thunderbolt,” agreed Rick, his excitement bubbling over. “And tonight, we’ve got a hell of a show lined up for these fans, starting right now!”
Without further ado, Thunderbolt gestured toward the ring. “Let’s send it down to Heather Cooper, who’s ready to introduce the first match of the night!”
In the ring, Heather Cooper stood confidently, microphone in hand. The brunette beauty’s sultry curves were accentuated by a tight, black dress. She flipped her luscious hair behind her shoulder and raised the microphone to her lips.
“Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to Wrestling Night in the Heartland!” she announced, her voice smooth and sultry. “Our opening contest is scheduled for one fall…”

After Heather finished her ring introductions, the camera cut back to Thunderbolt.
“All right,” Thunderbolt began, “we will have our first match after these commercial messages.”
“Luke Woods gets the win over Captain Jack,” Thunderbolt informed the viewers.
“Good match,” Hall opined. “I thought Captain Jack acquitted himself well but Luke Woods is a rising star and he was too much for him.”
“Kellie Burkowski has joined Luke Woods and the Sports Entertainment Corporation inside the ring,” Thunderbolt said, “let’s see what the SEC has to say.”
Kellie Burkowski Interviews ‘Sports Entertainment Genius’ Mr. McMann
The camera panned to the ring where Kellie Burkowski, the 24-year-old blonde interviewer, stood next to Mr. McMann and Luke Woods in anticipation of Woods’ upcoming match against longtime Men’s champion ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson.
‘Sports Entertainment Genius’ Mr. McMann
“Mr. McMann,” Kellie began, her voice steady despite the intensity of the moment, “how do you feel about Luke’s chances against ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson in their upcoming match?”
“Kellie,” McMann replied with a confident smile, his eyes never leaving Luke Woods, “I have no doubt in my mind that next Tuesday, we will witness the rise of a new era. Luke Woods is not only the future of the SEC but also the future of Missouri Valley Wrestling.”
Luke Woods nodded at McMann’s words, his face a mask of determination. The weight of expectations rested heavily on his broad shoulders, but he appeared more than ready to carry it.
Kellie’s expression turned serious as she asked her next question, “What about Ricky Stevens? What does the future hold for him within the SEC?”
A flash of annoyance crossed McMann’s features, and he quickly changed the subject. “Now’s not the time to talk about that, Kellie. We’re here to focus on the upcoming match between Luke and Bill Dickinson.”
“Of course, Mr. McMann,” Kellie conceded, sensing the tension in the air. She knew better than to push further, as McMann’s impatience could easily boil over.
“Let’s just say that this match is going to be one for the history books,” McMann added with an air of finality. Luke Woods clenched his fists, the muscles in his arms rippling beneath his skin. He was ready for battle, prepared to prove himself as the true future of both the SEC and Missouri Valley Wrestling.
“Thank you, Mr. McMann,” Kellie said with a nod, wrapping up the interview. The camera lingered for a moment on the determined faces of Luke Woods and Mr. McMann before cutting away to the next segment.
Jill Berg Enterprises’ Segment
The camera panned over to another backstage area where Jill Berg, the formidable CEO of Jill Berg Enterprises, stood surrounded by her associates: Victoria McGill, Sheline Carrigan, Madison Miller, and the ominous figure known only as Prisoner #034291. Jill’s icy blue eyes narrowed as she addressed the audience, her voice calculated and controlled.
Jill Berg
CEO of Jill Berg Enterprises
“Jennifer Colton had quite a lot to say earlier tonight,” Jill began, her tone dripping with disdain. “But actions speak louder than words. Strength in numbers. Jennifer’s all by herself and Victoria McGill has the backing for a full-fledged corporation behind her. Next week, my associates here will show everyone just what JBE is capable of. Victoria McGill will take care of either Yosemite Samantha or Shizuko Yamazaki in Omaha, Nebraska, and after that, poor Jennifer Colton won’t be able to make any more excuses after Tori wins back the Women’s Title in Terre Haute, Indiana on November 21st. ”
Victoria, Sheline, and Madison exchanged smirks, their confidence radiating through the screen. Prisoner #034291 remained silent, her intimidating presence adding weight to Jill’s threat.
Jill turned her focus to Sheline and Madison, placing a hand on each of their shoulders. “As for The Hanson Sisters, your days as tag team champions are numbered,” she continued, her gaze never leaving the camera. “You’ve enjoyed your time in the spotlight, but when my unstoppable duo here takes down either Harrison and Oswald or The Rose Warriors on Saturday night, the Working Girls next Tuesday night, we’re going to bring the tag belts back to JBE in Terre Haute two weeks after that.”
The two women nodded in agreement, their determination evident in their expressions. Jill knew they would do whatever it took to win and prove their loyalty to her and the company.
“Jill Berg Enterprises doesn’t play games,” Jill continued, her voice low and menacing. “Jill Berg Enterprises means business, and we take our business very seriously. Anyone gets into the ring with us will learn that the hard way.”
Her mind raced with thoughts of victory and dominance, envisioning the fall of The Hanson Sisters at the hands of her own associates. This was more than just a match; it was a message to all those who dared challenge the authority of JBE.
“Consider this your final warning,” Jill warned, her eyes narrowing even further. “Prepare yourselves for the inevitable.”
With that, she gave a dismissive wave of her hand, signaling an end to the interview. The camera lingered for a moment on the faces of Jill Berg and her associates, their resolve unwavering, before cutting away to another segment.
Kellie Burkowski Interviews The Stevens Dynasty
The camera shifted to Kellie Burkowski, standing backstage with a microphone in hand. She was accompanied by Cary Stevens and the rest of the Stevens Dynasty – Bo, George, and Scott. The imposing trio towered behind their patriarch, their faces set in stony determination. Cary’s eyes burned with anger, and it was clear that he had a lot to say.
Cary Stevens
“Thank you, Jill,” Kellie said, her voice steady despite the charged atmosphere. “I’m here with Cary Stevens and the Stevens Dynasty ahead of their Men’s Tag Team title defense against No Quarter next week.” She turned to Cary, who clenched his jaw before launching into an impassioned diatribe against their challengers.
“Let me tell y’all something,” Cary began, his Texas drawl dripping with disdain. “No Quarter has no idea what they’re gettin’ themselves into. My boys here are the future of this sport, and we ain’t gonna let some disrespectful punks step on our legacy.”
Bo, George, and Scott nodded in agreement, their muscles tensing as they braced for whatever fight lay ahead. Cary continued, his voice growing louder and more indignant.
“Every time we step into that ring, we show everyone why we’re the best damn wrestling family in this business,” Cary spat, punctuating each word with a jab of his finger. “But still, people want to disrespect us – like our name don’t mean a damn thing!”
Kellie could see the frustration etched on Cary’s face, but she knew she had to ask the difficult questions. “Cary,” she interjected gently, “what about Ricky Stevens? There have been rumors circulating about him joining your family in the ring. Can you comment on that?”
Cary’s face darkened, and his gaze turned icy. “Don’t you bring up Ricky,” he growled, his voice low and dangerous. “That ain’t what we’re here to talk about.”
Kellie stepped back, sensing the hostility radiating from Cary and his sons. She quickly refocused the conversation on their upcoming match. “Alright, Cary. What can we expect from the Stevens Dynasty against No Quarter next week?”
“Next week,” Cary declared, his voice brimming with confidence, “we’re gonna make a statement that no one will forget. No Quarter is gonna learn real quick why they shouldn’t mess with the Stevens family.”
With that, Cary turned on his heel, his sons falling into step behind him as they stomped off down the hallway. Kellie watched them go, her face a mix of concern and awe at the raw intensity displayed by the Stevens Dynasty.
The camera panned back to the broadcast table, where Thunderbolt Smith sat, his face a mask of professionalism despite the tension in the air. He watched as the Stevens Dynasty stormed off down the hallway, their anger still echoing through the backstage area.
“Whew,” Thunderbolt exhaled, shaking his head slightly. “That was quite the heated exchange between Kellie Burkowski and the Stevens Dynasty. It’s clear that they’re not taking any prisoners when it comes to defending their Men’s Tag Team title against No Quarter next week.”
He leaned forward, his hands clasped together on the table before him. “But let’s shift gears now, folks,” he continued, his voice steady and calm. “Stay tuned, folks,” Thunderbolt said, his voice strong and commanding as he looked straight into the camera. “Missouri Valley Wrestling action continues right after these messages!”
Back from the commercial, Thunderbolt said, “All right, let’s go right to Heather Cooper in the ring for our next match.”

“What a match!” Thunderbolt exclaimed as referee Bailey Jenkins raised Laney Harrison and McLean Oswald’s hands in victory.
“Thunderbolt, both teams battled hard to win this match,” Hall chimed in. “McLean Oswald hits the Muscle Buster on Geena the Warrior Princess and that was it.”
“Laney Harrison and McLean Oswald retain their #3 ranking and will take on Jill Berg Enterprises this Saturday night in a #2 versus #3 match.” Thunderbolt paused for a second. “All right, Kellie Burkowski is in the ring and she will talk with Harrison and Oswald after this commercial break.”

Kellie Burkowski Interviews Laney Harrison and McLean Oswald
Back from commercial, the camera focused on Kellie Burkowski as she stood backstage, her blonde hair perfectly styled and her microphone in hand. She was ready to interview the young and inexperienced wrestling duo of Laney Harrison and McLean Oswald who had just won a match against the Rose Warriors. Their excitement was palpable, and they couldn’t help but grin from ear to ear after their victory.
Laney Harrison and McLean Oswald
“Congratulations on your win tonight, Laney and McLean,” Kellie began. “As newcomers to the world of professional wrestling, you both have shown incredible potential. Can you tell us how training at Joe Bergman’s Barn has helped shape your wrestling careers so far?”
Laney, a high-flying wrestler from Rich Hill, Missouri, stepped forward. Sweat glistened on her brow, but her eyes sparkled with enthusiasm. “Well, Kellie, training at Joe’s Barn has been an amazing experience. We’ve been learning so much, not just about the moves and techniques, but also about ourselves and what we’re capable of.”
McLean chimed in, nodding in agreement. The power wrestler from Damascus, Oregon towered over her partner, her arms crossed over her chest. “Yeah, Joe’s really pushed us to our limits, and it’s definitely paid off. Tonight’s win is proof of that.”
Kellie nodded and continued, “Now, you both have a big match coming up against Jill Berg Enterprises this Saturday. How are you feeling about facing such experienced opponents?”
Laney glanced at McLean before answering, a hint of determination in her voice. “We know they’re good, Kellie, but we’re not gonna let that intimidate us. Our dreams are to become the best wrestlers we can be, and facing tough opponents like them is just part of the journey.”
“Exactly,” McLean added, her expression serious and resolute. “We’re ready to give it our all and prove that we belong in this ring. We’ve been working hard, and we won’t let anything stand in the way of our dreams.”
Kellie smiled warmly, clearly impressed by their determination and passion. “Well, I speak for everyone at MVW when I say that we’re excited to see what the future holds for both of you. Thank you so much for taking the time to talk with us tonight, and good luck on Saturday.”
“Thanks, Kellie,” Laney replied, her grin returning as she exchanged a high-five with McLean. The duo’s excitement was contagious, their youthful energy radiating from them as they prepared to take on whatever challenges awaited them next.
Yosemite Samantha Segment
The camera panned away from Kellie Burkowski and the young wrestlers, settling on the backstage area where Yosemite Samantha stood, hands on hips, her small frame almost swallowed by her oversized cowboy hat. Her steely eyes pierced the camera lens as she began speaking with a fierce determination that belied her stature.
Yosemite Samantha
“Tonight, I’m up against ‘The Shadow Warrior’ Shizuko Yamazaki,” she drawled, spitting out her opponent’s name like a wad of tobacco. “Now listen here, I ain’t never been one to shy away from a challenge. But make no mistake, I’ve got my sights set on that title shot.”
As Yosemite Samantha paced back and forth, her leather chaps creaked with every step, and her spurs jingled like war bells. She clenched her fists, her knuckles cracking with anticipation.
“Y’all know I’ve faced my fair share of roadblocks in this here wrestling world – injuries, betrayals, you name it. But like a tumbleweed in a Texas twister, I just keep on rollin’ through!” She punctuated her statement with an enthusiastic fist pump, her bicep rippling beneath her tattooed skin.
“Yamazaki, honey,” she continued, her voice dripping with condescension, “I hope you’re ready for what’s comin’ your way. ‘Cause tonight, I’m bringin’ six guns a-blazin’, and I don’t plan on missin’ my target.”
She imagined Yamazaki’s shocked expression when she’d finally get her in the ring, savoring the thought of her opponent realizing too late that she’d underestimated the pint-sized powerhouse.
“Every dog has its day, and today is mine,” Yosemite Samantha declared, tipping her hat toward the camera before striding away, leaving a trail of dust in her wake.
Cutting back to the broadcast table, Hall chuckled to himself.
“I just love listening to her,” Hall remarked. “Yosemite Samantha lacks size and technique but she’s a ball of fire when she hits that ring.”
“She will hit that ring coming up after this commercial break,” Thunderbolt said. “We’ll be back in a few minutes.”

“The winner will get a #1 contender’s match next Tuesday night against Victoria McGill,” Hall said right before the bell would sound.
“YOSEMITE SAMANTHA PULLS OUT THE WIN!” proclaimed Thunderbolt. “AND SHE WILL FACE VICTORIA McGILL NEXT WEEK FOR A SHOT AT THE WOMEN’S TITLE!”
“Thunderbolt, Shizuko Yamazaki put on one hell of a show tonight,” Hall stated. “Yamazaki dominated this match in parts but she could not put Yosemite Samantha away. I thought Yosemite Samantha stayed in there and when Yamazaki faded late, she took full advantage to get the win.”
“All right,” Thunderbolt stepped back in. “Three matches down. Our main event is next right after these commercial messages.
The Heartland Report with Kellie Burkowski
Kellie Burkowski stood confidently in front of the camera as she began The Heartland Report.
“First up, we have the women’s division,” Kellie announced, her voice filled with anticipation. “‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin defeated Debbie the Destroyer and Tammie Hardy this weekend, moving her up to number three in the contender’s rankings.”
‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin
As she spoke, footage of Tessa Martin’s victory played on the screen behind her. The crowd could be heard roaring their approval as the tenacious pizza girl hit her signature move The Pizza Cutter, securing her win.
“Up next for Tess is a battle against our number two contender, Kristen Canfield, on Friday night,” Kellie continued, the energy in her voice rising. “The winner of that match will face Lisa Barbosa-Stevens in a high-stakes number one contender’s match on Saturday.”
Kellie shifted gears, turning her attention to the men’s division. “Now, let’s talk about the men. Aaron Gray had an impressive showing this weekend, defeating both Ken Kardoucheian and Captain Jack. This victory moved him up to number three in the rankings and set up a match against Absolute Zero for this Friday night.”
The camera showed Aaron Gray standing tall, sweat dripping down his face after the hard-fought battle.
Aaron Gray
“Whoever emerges victorious from that match will go on to face ‘Rock Star’ Robbie Marrs on Saturday night in a number one contender’s match,” Kellie informed the viewers. “But there’s more. Cletus T. Johnson vacated the title when he defeated Buckshot Henderson, meaning the winner of that match will face Henderson next Tuesday to become the new Men’s Heartland champion.”
Kellie couldn’t help but feel the weight of her words.
“Remember, folks, every match counts as we head into these crucial battles,” Kellie reminded the audience, her eyes conveying the importance of the message. “Stay tuned to see who will rise to the top and claim the titles they’ve been fighting for. This is Kellie Burkowski with The Heartland Report, signing off.”
“Thanks Kellie,” Thunderbolt said as the show cut back to the broadcast table. “Well, it’s time for our main event. Let’s go to Heather Cooper in the ring.”

The camera cut to the aftermath of the Stevens Dynasty’s jaw-dropping 36-second victory over Bob and Brett Murray, as the crowd roared with shock and excitement. Thunderbolt Smith and ‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall blinked in stunned disbelief, their mouths agape at the sheer domination they had just witnessed.
“Unbelievable!” Thunderbolt exclaimed. “Bo and George Stevens decimated the Murray brothers in less than a minute!”
“Me neither, Thunderbolt,” Hall agreed, shaking his head. “That was an absolute clinic by the Stevens Dynasty.”
Cary Stevens, the patriarch of the family, swaggered into the ring with a grin as wide as Texas itself. He snatched the microphone from Heather Cooper and basked in the glory of his sons’ win.
“Did y’all see that?” Cary boomed, his voice dripping with bravado. “I hope No Quarter was watchin’, because this is what they have to look forward to next week!”
The crowd erupted when No Quarter’s Bracken Krueger and Daryn Thompson appeared on the stage, their faces set in steely determination.
No Quarter: Daryn Thompson and Bracken Krueger
The crowd’s volume went up another notch as the two teams locked eyes, the tension between them unmistakable.
“Y’all think you can take us on?” Cary hollered. “You ain’t got a chance in hell against my boys!”
Krueger and Thompson simply stood there, letting Cary’s words wash over them, unfazed by his taunts. Their calm demeanor only seemed to enrage Cary further, his face reddening as he continued to hurl insults.
“Alright, alright,” Thunderbolt interjected, trying to restore some semblance of order. “Let’s not forget what we have in store for next week: the Stevens Dynasty will be defending their title against No Quarter, and ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson will face off against the SEC’s Luke Woods for the Men’s Title.”
With that, Thunderbolt Smith signed off, leaving the viewers on the edge of their seats, eager for the upcoming battles that would determine who reigned supreme in the wrestling world. The camera panned one last time over the intense faces of the competitors before fading to black.
