Last night, Missouri Valley Wrestling hit the road again to Oklahoma and Kansas for the first two of five house shows this weekend.
Last night, the Clinton High School Gymnasium in Clinton, OK hosted an exciting Heartland loop event featuring top-ranked contenders. The Women’s Heartland match showcased #3 contender Lani Harlot, #4 Felicia LaBarbara, and #5 Tammie Hardy competing against each other. In the Men’s Heartland match, #3 Randy Barrington, #4 ‘Rock Star’ Robbie Marrs, and #5 Cletus T. Johnson faced off in a highly anticipated battle.
The event was headlined by Men’s Champion, ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson and also featured Men’s Heartland Champion, Luke Woods, and Women’s Heartland Champion, ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin.
The scheduled regular loop made a stop at the Cook Center in Dodge City, Kansas. The event featured various matches, including the Men’s Non-Division match between Matt Taylor and Richie Park. Additionally, there was a Men’s Tag Team Non-Division match pitting Bob and Brett Murray against No Quarter and Bracken Krueger and Daryn Thompson reconstitute their tag team in MVW with the goal of winning the title. The Women’s Non-Division match featured Kelly Lynn Smith against Allison Chambers. The highly-anticipated #4 vs. #5 Men’s Tag Team match saw #4 The Shamrocks take on #5 Kings of the Wild Frontier. Another exciting match was the #3 vs. #4 Men’s Division contest featuring #3 Captain Jack against #4 Buckshot Henderson.
Women’s Champion Jennifer Colton was the headliner of the show, along with Women’s Tag Team Champions The Hanson Sisters.

#3 vs. #4 vs. #5-WOMEN’S HEARTLAND: #4 Felicia LaBarbara defeated #3 Lani Harlot and #5 Tammie Hardy
-Felicia LaBarbara rises up and wins the match, jumping past Lani Harlot in the rankings while Tammie Hardy remains #5 on in the potential drop zone. LaBarbara will take on Amberly Stanton tonight in Enid, Oklahoma in a #2 vs. #3 match in the Women’s Heartland Division.
#3 vs. #4 vs. #5-MEN’S HEARTLAND: #5 Cletus T. Johnson defeated #4 ‘Rock Star’ Robbie Marrs and #3 Randy Barrington
-Cletus T. Johnson… without Ginny Van Lear as she was with her husband Adam Ellis at PRIME’s show last night… powers through to get the win over ‘Rock Star’ Robbie Marrs. Randy Barrington falls into the potential drop zone as he was the first elimination. Cletus moves to #3 and will face Absolute Zero tonight in a #2 vs. #3 match in the Men’s Heartland Division.

MEN’S NON-DIVISION #1: Matt Taylor defeated Richie Park
-Taylor has no trouble with Park. He will face the winner of tonight’s Aaron Gray-Dave Mann on Sunday in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
MEN’S TAG TEAM NON-DIVISION #1: No Quarter (Bracken Krueger and Daryn Thompson) defeated Bob and Brett Murray
-Here comes Krueger and Thompson. They get the winner of tonight’s The Lumberjacks-The Bookworms match Sunday in Tulsa.
WOMEN’S NON-DIVISION #1: Kelly Lynn Smith defeated Allison Chambers
-Smith bounces back from the loss to Tammie Hardy to dispatch Allison Chambers. She gets the victor between Savannah Smith-Blair Williamson match.
#4 vs. #5 MEN’S TAG TEAM: #5 Kings of the Wild Frontier defeated #4 The Shamrocks
-Boone Daniels and Crockett Davies… fresh off their semi-final in X-Pro’s tag team tournament and rumored to be heading to SHOOT at the end of the month… continue to impress with a big win over the Shamrocks to move up to #4 in the Men’s Tag Team contender’s rankings. Tonight, Daniels and Davies travel to Wichita to take on the Kardoucheian Empire (partnering with the Sports Entertainment Corporation) in a #3 versus #4 Men’s Tag Team Contender match. The loss drops the Shamrocks into the potential drop zone and a future promotion/relegation match.
#3 vs. #4 MEN’S DIVISION: #4 Buckshot Henderson defeated #3 Captain Jack
-Henderson continues to steadily move up the rankings with his biggest MVW win to date over Captain Jack. Henderson moves up to #3 and now must get through #2 John O’Reilly to inch closer to title contention. Captain Jack is now in the potential drop zone and he faces a future promotion/relegation match.
