Big house show and television taping last night at the Joseph Gentile Center with matches affecting the rankings in the Non-Division (Women’s, Women’s Tag Team, and Men’s), Men’s and Women’s Heartland Divisions, two promotion/relegation matches (Men’s Tag Team Division and the Men’s Division), and the Women’s and Women’s Tag Team Divisions.
Headlining the show was Men’s Champion ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson and Women’s Tag Team Champions The Hanson Sisters along with Women’s Heartland Champion ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin.

WOMEN’S TAG TEAM NON-DIVISION #2: Russian Assets (Svetlana Kovaleski and Nikita Kalashnik) defeated Bethany Stewart/Shelley Briscoe
-Again, a disappointing night for Bethany Stewart and Shelley Briscoe as The Russian Assets easily send them to defeat. Svetlana Kovaleski and Nikita Kalashnik will now take on Bergman’s Barn Women’s Tag Team Champions The Rollins Sisters tonight in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to win this round of the Non-Division and earn a chance at promotion to the Women’s Tag Team Division.
MEN’S NON-DIVISION #2: Dave Mann defeated Matt Taylor
-Mann gets the surprise win and will face Aaron Gray tonight in Poplar Bluff. The winner will take on the #5 contender in the Men’s Heartland Division Randy Barrington next Saturday in a promotion/relegation match.
WOMEN’S NON-DIVISION #2: Savannah Smith defeated Blair Williamson
-Savannah Smith moves forward and takes on Kelly Lynn Smith tonight to win the Non-Division and earn a chance to move back up to the Women’s Heartland Division.
#3 vs. #4-WOMEN’S HEARTLAND: #3 Felicia LaBarbara defeated #4 Tammie Hardy
-LaBarbara maintains her #3 ranking with the win. Next up: #2 Debbie the Destroyer next Friday in Cape Girardeau, Missouri with the winner getting a #1 contender’s match the next night against Amberly Stanton.
#3 vs. #4-MEN’S HEARTLAND: #3 Absolute Zero defeated #4 ‘Rock Star’ Robbie Marrs
-Absolute Zero holds his spot and will take on #2 Ken Kardoucheian next Friday in Cape Girardeau. Waiting in the wings for the winner next Saturday- #1 Captain Jack.
WINNER-#5 MEN’S TAG TEAM DIV: (Non-Division) No Quarter (Bracken Krueger and Daryn Thompson) defeated #5 The Shamrocks (Sean O’Grady and Tom Flynn)
-Like Bracken Krueger and Daryn Thompson’s singles runs, it didn’t take long for Krueger and Thompson wrestling together as No Quarter to run through the Non-Division and get promoted into the Men’s Tag Team Division. The Shamrocks are relegated to the Non-Division.
WINNER-#4 MEN’S DIVISION: #1 (Men’s Heartland Div) Cletus T. Johnson defeated #4 (Men’s Div) Captain Jack
-With the win, Cletus T. Johnson is promoted to the Men’s Division while Captain Jack is relegated to the Heartland Division.
#3 vs. #4 WOMEN’S TAG TEAM: #4 The Working Girls (Caroline Lewis and ‘Queen Cool’ Leah Iris) defeated #3 The Rose Warriors (Geena the Warrior Princess and Eliza Rose)
-The Working Girls move up to #3 after their second win of the weekend and set up a showdown next Friday against #2 Laney Harrison and McLean Oswald.
#2 vs. #3 WOMEN’S DIVISION: #2 Shizuko Yamazaki defeated #3 Yosemite Samantha
-Yamazaki’s decisive win keeps her at #2 in the contender’s rankings. Yamazaki will get a rematch against #1 contender Victoria McGill Tuesday September 5th in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
