CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER:

Ray McAvay became the CEO of Missouri Valley Wrestling in July 2019 after he wrapped up a wrestling career that spanned over ten years in PCW, HOW, and MVW.   McAvay implemented what was later termed the “McAvay makeover” which placed more emphasis on making sure house matches  actually mean something and put a rankings system in place that determined 95% of the booking towards MVW’s six titles.

McAvay purchased a controlling interest in MVW from former majority owner Jason Carmondy in May of 2020 and continues in his role of CEO.  He is married to former valet Stacee Perry aka Dark aka one half of West Texas Adult Entertainment Legends ‘Dark and Stormy.’

CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER:

Laura Bergman

Laura originally was brought in to be the Chief Business Officer after Ray McAvay accepted the CEO position.  Now, she returns to the fold at the invitation of now-owner Ray McAvay to continue her work at MVW.

Laura is the wife and partner of Joe Bergman.  The couple recently purchased a 25% stake in Missouri Valley Wrestling. The Bergmans have a 2 year old daughter Olivia and are expecting their second child later on this year.

Meredith Easton will be her assistant.
